About the Zen Meditation Group of Hoboken

The Zen Meditation Group of Hoboken was formed in January 2008 for people interested in
Zen Meditation to have a nearby place to practice.

– We meet on Sunday Mornings, 9 AM, on Zoom only.
The format is: Introduction, and instructions, that last about 14 minutes. Then two 20 minute sittings with a short break between sittings. After the second sitting, a talk/discussion of about 20 to 25 minutes.
Beginners are welcomed.
